Shipping
Upgraded shipping is available upon request just send me an email after you have selected buy it now don’t pay until I send you an invoice.
Shipping is primarily FedEx Ground. However, UPS, USPS, and OnTrac depends on your area and which will be available to deliver to you the quickest.
I CANNOT SHIP TO A PO BOX. Please have the correct physical address added to your eBay profile so that I can quickly and easily get your package shipped out.
Tracking
Once your order is processed, you will be sent a detailed message providing you with information on your order. Tracking will be available in your purchase history within 24 hours of receiving that message
Return/Exchange Policy
There is a 30 day return/exchange policy. Items may only be returned/exchanged if they are:
#1: In Brand New Condition including the packaging, instructions, and any other accessories included with your purchase.
#2: The rare event that you were sent the incorrect item or the item you received is damaged/defective. In the event this happens, don’t sweat it. I’ll make sure to get you taken care of.
For situation #1. the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs as well as a 15% restocking fee. A return label can be purchased at a discount and return instructions will be provided.

For situation #2  You will be asked for some information. The part number, description of your packaged items, and a photo. Once the problem is identified, the necessary actions will be taken to get your issue resolved as efficiently as possible.
Let’s say you received your item and decided you didn’t need it, please do not cancel with the (you received the wrong item) this will delay you receiving your refund. You will have to cancel it and start over again.
If you have taken it upon yourself to send the items back on your own it will delay your refund. Please follow the steps above for a smooth transaction.
